These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Brazhome Cleaning Services, Corp ("Brazhome," "we," "us," or "our") and your participation in our text (SMS) messaging program. By requesting our services or opting in to our messaging, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Brazhome provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Cape Coral / Fort Myers, Florida area, including recurring residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and vacation-rental turnovers. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Scheduling, pricing, and cancellation details are confirmed directly with you.
2. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods are communicated to you when you book.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can serve you and other clients efficiently. Specific notice requirements are confirmed at booking.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Brazhome Cleaning Services. We do not share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
- Program description: Brazhome sends text messages related to your service — including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and account or payment notifications — and, where you have separately agreed, occasional promotional offers.
- How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (verbally, in writing, or through a form).
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and scheduled services.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Brazhome does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email or phone below.
- Supported carriers & delivery: Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brazhome is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
